Main features:
1, CBGF-E series of laminating machine adopts four motors, four parts closed-loop tension control system which formed of a FUJIKURA mini friction air cylinder, YASKAWA AC vector inverters, PANASONIC PLC, SIEMENS vector motors, four TAIWAN WEIZHENG magnetic powder brakes, pressure sensors and so on. Controlling can output stably whatever at low or high speed.
2, Automatically laminating materials splice in high-speed working condition without any stop;
3, Magnetic powder brake controls unwinding tension which detected by pressure sensor.
4, Turret type of unwind and rewind stand units with double work shaft station, two unwinding units equip EPC system, rewinding air shaft driven by Independent AC vector motor;
5, Bridge-type drying oven is divided into three parts which all equip independent automatic constant temperature control and airflow is adjustable.
6, Full closed oven with reusable hot air channel saving energy, and airflow is adjustable.
7, Pneumatic doctor blade were driven by independent motor and adjusted in three-direction for optimal position. And using stainless steel plate cover the structure of doctor blade, make the machine shape more beautiful and easy to clean.
8, Thickness of glue coating can be chosen by mesh of anilox roller, use smooth steel roller to even coated glue.

Unwind units (first and second) and Rewind unit
1, Magnetic powder brake controls the unwind units tension.
2, Turret type of independent unwind stand with two work station equips EPC system.
3, Air shaft supporting laminating material makes work station (shaft) exchange rapidly, pressure more uniform and precise positioning.
4, Turret type of independent rewind stand with two or one work station which both driven by independent vector frequency conversion motor, and every rewind shaft with impression rubber roller make rewinding process more stable and products tidier.
5, Pressure sensor detects tension, closed loop tension control system.
Coating and Even glue unit
1, Coating roller driven by Independent AC vector motor.

7, Lamination steel roller is heated by electrically heated oil.
8, Three rollers nip laminating method make the laminating pressure more uniform and the strength of laminated material higher.
